Ethan Partners is a European Executive Search firm specialized in finding the best talent for C-level, senior management and specialist positions. We have a long track record of working with the world’s most successful scaleups, large corporates and investment firms. During the past 10 years, we have placed +3000 candidates with +250 clients across +50 countries.

Who is behind Ethan Partners?

Ethan Partners was founded in 2013 by Founder & Partner Ann-Christine Roope, who came from positions as Director of International Recruiting at Rocket Internet and Groupon. With Ethan Partners, she wanted to enable the world’s most promising startups and scaleups to grow through talent acquisition on a global scale. CEO and Partner Lars Sødergaard joined the company in 2017 to increase the focus on Northern European markets. He came from a background in Private Equity, Finance, Strategy and Entrepreneurship.

The purpose of the retainer is to make sure that both parties are committed to the process, as we put a lot of resources up front into each search process to be able to drive a thorough and effective process. The exact amount of the retainer may vary based on the scope and duration of the engagement. Upon reaching an agreement, we will provide you with a detailed breakdown of the payment schedule, including the required upfront payment. This approach ensures a fair and transparent arrangement for both parties.

Do I get a discount for more hires?

Yes, we understand the importance of building a strong team, and we value long-term partnerships with our clients. If you are considering multiple hires, we offer competitive pricing packages and discounts based on the volume of positions you are looking to fill. Do you provide a guarantee if the hired candidates do not live up to my expectations?
